  • adding future-looking elements that anticipate what professionals will need in the future. This may involve preparing for technical advances such as AI or accounting for ESG considerations.
  • supplementing with elements of other similar CFs to ensure complete coverage and global preparation.
  • supplementing with related competencies and skills that employers are asking for.

In new and emerging fields, we can draw from many sources to help develop CFs. This is normally done in partnership with experts in the field.
