NewPath Education
Redesigning professional education for the global economy. We provide institutions with the frameworks and programs needed to empower working adults and drive national competitiveness.
NewPath Education Inc. was founded by Gary Hepburn and Ian Allen to address the rapidly escalating need for adult professional education. In today’s economy, ongoing education is an essential skill for workforce productivity and national competitiveness.

While traditional post-secondary systems have performed well, they were not built with working adults as the primary focus. Gary and Ian utilize their extensive experience as Canadian Higher Education leaders to bridge this gap. NewPath is an innovator in educational engineering, re-designing program development to create a professional ecosystem that meets the needs of students, industry, and the economy.
Gary and Ian have deep experience as academic leaders in Canadian Universities leading large units that focused upon professional education and innovative program delivery. They are fully aware of the how challenging the transition will be. They also have responses. Together, they founded NewPath Education. Not just another e-learning company, NPE is an innovator in educational engineering. They have re-designed program development and are ready to assist Canadian higher education and professional organizations as they create the professional programming ecosystem that meets the needs of students, business and industry, and the Canadian economy.
