This course focuses on the executive and strategic capabilities required to drive successful digital healthcare transformations. Leadership models, specifically the Prosci ADKAR framework, are applied to clinical go-lives to manage staff resistance and build organizational readiness. Students learn to track performance metrics aligned with the Quintuple Aim and operationalize First Nations OCAP principles within corporate data governance architectures.
