System Validation and Education

This course builds essential capability in managing the critical validation, launch, and maintenance phases of the healthcare systems life cycle. Students learn to script clinical "day-in-the-life" validation scenarios, leading System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The curriculum covers federal anti-data-blocking compliance audits under Bill S-5, continuous vendor patch management, and the design of role-specific training curricula utilizing adult learning principles.
